Our stay was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The central location made it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. Plus, the spa experience was simply delightful. Don't miss enjoying the rooftop terrace. it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch the sunset!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and well-located, providing great value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations. However, the air conditioning was broken during our stay, which was quite uncomfortable, and access to the spa was more limited than advertised.

The building and the one-bedroom apartment were of high quality. I appreciated the free self-service laundry and its convenience. The roof terrace offered a lovely view, perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed both the city and sea views during my stay.

The location offers easy access to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. The friendly staff provided excellent recommendations, particularly for local dining options featuring home-made organic products. However, the experience was marred by issues like black mold in the bathroom, non-functioning air conditioning, and a need for more frequent cleaning services.

Suitable for families with some patience

The apartment was pretty good and the staff were always ready to help, even gave me some great dining suggestions. Also, had access to a washing machine which saved us a lot of time.

The location is ideal, right in the heart of Balestrate. Exploring the area is super easy. The staff are genuinely lovely, always ready to help with anything. The rooftop terrace is a standout, providing great views and a cozy spot to relax. I appreciated the self-service laundry option, which was handy. However, the air conditioning in our apartment was frustratingly inconsistent. It worked poorly and left us waiting for maintenance multiple times. A little towel swap every few days would’ve been nice, as there was no cleaning service during our stay. Even though we didn’t mind doing our own cleaning, a complimentary towel replacement would add a nice touch. Overall, the positives helped, but the lack of attention to room maintenance was noticeable.

The dining scene is an absolute delight—La Buona Forchetta serves up some drool-worthy salmon that you absolutely can't miss! Plus, with a rooftop terrace to sip on a gelato from Urbanis while soaking up the sun, it’s a vibe. Friendly staff and the self-service laundry make life just a tad easier!

However, I faced quite a few headaches. The drinks vending machine directly under the bedroom window creates a racket at night, rattling your insides while disturbing sleep. The shower cabin had unsightly black stains, which required an apartment switch. the air conditioning in the new place broke down not once, but twice, making the hot days unbearable. Also, the supposed beach access touted as 150m turned out to stretch to 1.5 km, with only a scant beach lacking amenities at 750m. Lastly, I expected more access to the claimed SPA services, but it was limited to weekends only, with no complimentary cleaning service during our stay, which is a real miss for longer vacations.

The staff were friendly, but our first days were chaotic with maintenance issues. The air conditioning was unreliable and we faced unexpected delays. However, once settled in, the room was pleasant, making the best of our family time. Note, the nearest beach isn't as close as advertised.
